Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur a charge of one night's room rate + taxes.

50% charge for cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in.

100% charge for cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows.

During holidays, festivals, or high-demand periods:

Stricter Policy: Free cancellation only 14 days prior.

Within 14 days: Non-refundable (full stay charged).

Early Departures

Guests checking out early will be charged for the original reserved stay unless management approves otherwise.

Modifications

Changes to dates are subject to availability and rate differences.

No fee if modified outside cancellation windows.

Force Majeure Exceptions

Waivers may apply for documented emergencies (medical, natural disasters, flight cancellations) with proof provided within 48 hours.
