Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in (local time).

Late Cancellation/No-Show:

Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur a charge of one night's room rate + taxes.
Non-refundable rates (if selected) are charged in full at booking and cannot be modified or refunded.

Group & Extended Stays (5+ rooms or 7+ nights)

Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before arrival.

Late Cancellation:

50% charge for cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in.
100% charge for cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows.

Peak Season & Special Events

During holidays, festivals, or high-demand periods:

Stricter Policy: Free cancellation only 14 days prior.
Within 14 days: Non-refundable (full stay charged).

Early Departures

Guests checking out early will be charged for the original reserved stay unless management approves otherwise.

Modifications

Changes to dates are subject to availability and rate differences.
No fee if modified outside cancellation windows.

Force Majeure Exceptions
